After starting in civil construction back in 2006, Cam Reid has seen the industry fluctuate to a point that sees only the competent and resourceful succeed. Rising through the ranks as an Estimator, Contracts Administrator and to Project Manager with various civil & construction companies, Cam became fed up with the consistent failings and excuses of sub contractors and saw an opportunity. A company was created that not only had the experience of selected competent ground staff, but had the management and systems in place to complete the works as the CLIENT requires them. Through the years being in the industry we understand how important it is to get your NATA reports ON TIME, or if there is an issue we also understand that we need to isolate and locate any failures so you can repair and continue with your project works.
TestX offers a complete and reliable mobile service for NATA Accredited Pipeline Testing, complemented by our HDPE Liner Supply & Welding to the civil, construction, plumbing and water/sewer supply industries.
Being fully mobile and having calibrated testing facilities with cloud based reporting systems allows us to instantaneously produce your NATA compliance certificates. No more receiving scanned in, grubby and illegible reports. Our reports are completed onsite using iPads, uploaded for approval and emailed to the client in a neat, professional and organised format, ready for submitting to your consulting engineer or local authority.
With our broad background in pipe laying, manhole building, manhole benching, civil construction, building and plumbing we are able to eliminate possible issues, locate problems onsite and advise on repair for minimal job disruption. It’s the culmination of the above that makes us different from the rest.

This International NATA Accreditation, along with our fully mobile facilities, not only allows us to work in all areas of Australia, but also overseas if required.
Compliance (Safety, Environment, Quality)
We pride ourselves on procuring and maintaining quality and fit for purpose equipment, which all starts with our new fleet of vehicles and custom built trailers which contain all of our testing equipment. Inside these trailers house our confined space tripods, harnesses, gas detectors, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, inflatable plugs, ovality proving tools, compressors, generators, extrusion welding guns to name a few. All equipment is visually inspected prior to each project, with all electrical items and gauges tagged and calibrated to meet the requirements of the most stringent project.
This dedication to being the best also extends to our staff with all members having current construction cards, first aid certificates, confined space licences and are fully trained in all of our NATA Accredited procedures.
We also stock and apply use of PPE to enable us to work on any construction site from long sleeve hi-viz, down to gloves, glasses and wide brim hats.
