TestX provide a consistent and complete mobile NATA Accredited Pipeline Testing Service in addition to HDPE Liner Supply & Extrusion Welding to the civil, building and water/sewer supply industries. Our fleet of testing units are completely mobile, self sufficient and when teamed up with our cloud based reporting systems, allow us to produce NATA compliance certificates in the field. This in turn enables your project to continue uninterrupted.

HDPE LINER SUPPLY & WELDING

We import, supply, CNC prepare and onsite extrusion weld all HDPE sewer structure liners as required by your project’s specification. With the combination of our HDPE liner experience, welding qualifications and confined space equipment, you can be confident to subcontract part or all of this work to TestX.

We have Australian accredited extrusion welders, with auxiliary tickets for butt welding, electrofusion welding and chain saw operation. Our crews are self sufficient, supply all of their welding equipment, site power and specialise in the welding of HDPE sewer structure liners. We also have a sound knowledge of the civil and waste water industries and can advise on all aspects of poly construction.
